Deve ter sido. É esquisito, o meu Norton expirou e foi só depois de ter instalado o Avast que o computador decidiu não funcionar

No fim desinstalei o avast, esperei que o spybot acabasse de fazer o seu trabalho e agora o computador voltou ao normal

pode ser problemas com a gráfica. tenta entrar em safemode..e actualiza os drivers da grafica ou assim:)
Obrigada, fiz download de uma nova driver grafica e instalei, mas mesmo assim o ecrã não mostra nada no modo normal :/

My laptop decided to not show me anything when I log in and just leave the screen black.
I can see things in Safe Mode but it stretches the screen and changes the colours…
I know nothing of computers and might have to take it to the shop again and they’ll take two weeks to get it fixed and ARGHHH
